Begging and tears should never appear at an interview. 8. Suck-Ups get silent YAWNS not brownie points! 9. If an employer appears unimpressed, it's because you failed to impress them. Use that interview as a model then go home and practise for your next interview. 10. Hiring people is a painful process for any employer. Hiring a person means added training costs, and lost productivity during the learning curve.
